Shipping policy – JagouDesign

1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within [2 to 5 business days] after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ During peak demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination:

These times are given as an indication and may vary beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, package size, and destination.

Once the order is shipped, the Customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing them to track the package.

JagouDesign ships its products to:

• Mainland France

• European Union

• International (subject to eligibility and logistical feasibility)

6. Delivery issues

JagouDesign cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to carriers, errors in the address provided by the Customer, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, force majeure, etc.).

7. Returns related to shipping

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it with the carrier, the re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.
