General Terms of Sale (GTS) – JagouDesign

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") define the rights and obligations between JagouDesign (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person visiting or making a purchase on the site [https://www.jagoudesign.com/] (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, the photographs are not contractual. JagouDesign cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTS.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a prior dispute with the Customer.

4. Prices

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
PrintLabFactory reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is required immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are those offered on the Shopify platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
⚠️ Exception: Customized or made-to-measure products (such as specific prints) are neither returned nor exchanged in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

8. Returns and Refunds

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal (for eligible products), the Customer must return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error is attributable to the Seller.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.

9. Liability

JagouDesign cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network.

10. Protection of Personal Data

PrintLabFactory collects and processes the personal data of its Customers in accordance with the GDPR.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: [your contact email].

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of JagouDesign.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTS are subject to French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.
